Enspire Counseling LLC

Hi, I'm Kristy Thill MA LPC I've been working as a behavioral health therapist since 2015 and opened my individual practice, Enspire Counseling LLC, in 2021. My clients would likely tell you that I am an active participant in their counseling process. I enjoy teaching new skills, problem solving, and assisting clients to create alternatives in thought and behavior that can enrich their lives and relationships. I have a special interest in working with individuals on shame, guilt, and inner criticism. The lens in which we see ourselves is a greater Director in our lives and more powerful over time than the lens of others.
